Create a Snow Storm at target foe's location. For 5 seconds, foes adjacent to that location are struck for 34 cold damage each second.

Meteor	Fire Magic Spell

2 sec cast	30 sec cooldown

Target foe and all adjacent foes are struck for 98 fire damage and knocked down. This spell causes Exhaustion.

This is working well so far, but I'll probably make significant improvements to it.

Flame Burst	Fire Magic Spell

0.75 sec cast	5 sec cooldown

All nearby foes are struck for 106 fire damage.

Flame Djinn's Haste	Fire Magic Enchantment

0.75 sec cast	10 sec cooldown

All adjacent foes are struck for 106 fire damage. For 13 seconds, you move 25% faster. Recharge doubles if no foe is struck by this spell.

Ursan Blessing	Elite Norn Aspect
10 Energy
Instant cast	60 sec cooldown

Lose all effects, armour is set to 100, health is set to 763, all attributes are set to 0, and all skills are replaced by bear attacks. Lasts 60 seconds.

Ebon Battle Standard of Honour	Ebon Ward
10 Energy
1 sec cast	20 sec cooldown

For 16 seconds, non-spirit allies near the ward strike for +11 damage against foes (+19 damage against Charr).

Flesh of My Flesh	Restoration Magic Spell
5 Energy
4 sec cast

Lose half of your Health. Resurrect a target party member with your current Health and 8% energy.

Emotionally charged language and making fun of my talents, spells, gear, etc. will not be helpful. If you have a specific suggestion, please tell me nicely and allow me to consider your suggestion. Otherwise, my own emotions will become charged and convince me that if you're not intelligent enough to be considerate, you can't be smart enough to know what you're talking about, so I'll ignore you. I'm still learning, but I learn better in a friendly environment than in a hostile one.

Information on this page applies to my general purpose build. I have several other builds for specific purposes, but I don't think it would be useful for anybody to see them.
